Yury Morozov, former acting director for production of Togliattikauchuk, was appointed as general director of Togliattisintez on March 7. Olga Troitskaya who has been the head of Togliattisintez since April of 2014 moves to the corporate center of SIBUR in the framework of preplanned rotation of management.
Yury Morozov graduated from the Moscow institute of fine chemical technology named after M. V. Lomonosov according to specialty "Technology of processing of plastic masses and elastomeric materials." He studied in Stockholm School of Economics under "Management" program. He is candidate of chemical sciences. 

Between 1994 and 2012, he worked for Sintez-Kauchuk (formerly Kauchuk, Sterlitamak, Republic Bashkortostan) for a year. He had career from equipment operator to technical director – chief engineer and general director of the company. Since 2012, he has been production director of Togliattikauchuk. He was awarded with honorable certificate of the presidium of the city council of Sterlitamak (2005). He is an honorable chemist of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (2012).
Togliattikauchuk is one of the biggest producers of synthetic rubber in Russia. The company produces three kinds of synthetic rubber: butyl rubber, isoprene and copolymer rubbers, as well as monomers, fractions and high-octane additives to gasoline.
Togliattisintez is managing organization of the production site of SIBUR in Togliatti.
