AIDAR ZUBAIROV WILL BECOME THE HEAD OF DIVISION OF VTB24 IN UFA

Kommersant has got to know that Aidar Zubairov will be appointed as managing director of VTB24 in Ufa.
Earlier, since 2007, he was the CEO of AF Bank and was its minority shareholder. Yesterday, VTB24 confirmed information about the appointment of Zubairov. It is expected that he will be officially introduced in the new quality by Vice President of VTB24 Sergei Koida at the end of January.

AIDAR ZUBAIROV WILL BECOME THE HEAD OF DIVISION OF VTB24 IN UFA

Kommersant has got to know that Aidar Zubairov will be appointed as managing director of VTB24 in Ufa.
Earlier, since 2007, he was the CEO of AF Bank and was its minority shareholder. Yesterday, VTB24 confirmed information about the appointment of Zubairov. It is expected that he will be officially introduced in the new quality by Vice President of VTB24 Sergei Koida at the end of January.
Zubairov was born in May of 1971. He graduated from the Ufa State Aviation Technical University, All-Russian Correspondence Financial Economic Institute and Stockholm School of Economics Russia. Between 1992 and 1993, he started working as a keeper of the guard department in agricultural enterprise Tsvety Bashkirii and afterwards he worked as engineer of Vostok Card company. Between 1994 and 2001, he worked as engineer and economist in the department of interbank payments of Bashcreditbank, he was the head of the section of coordination and control of activity of divisions and representative offices of the department of development in this bank, department of regional development afterwards and was the head of the department for management of the regional network and was acting deputy general director of the Bashkir directorate of the bank. Between 2001 and 2002, he was CEO of commercial bank Sotsinvest-Agro and worked as senior deputy CEO of Bashprombank.
Later, until 2003, he was senior deputy CEO of Eurasian Bank for Economic Development and was CEO of this bank. Between 2004 and 2006, he worked on the post of CEO of InvestCapitalBank and afterwards, until 2007, he was vice president of Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Since 2007, he was CEO of AF Bank.
