EFFICIENT LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR CLIENTS

Anders Liljenberg studied in the school of interpreters of the army of Sweden (during the military service). He completed the master course (1988) and doctor course (2001) of Stockholm School of Economics. He worked for EF English First, Astra Pharmaceutical Products (Now AstraZeneca). Since 1996, he has been lecturer of Stockholm School of Economics. Between 1998 and 1999, he was invited research fellow in the university of New York and Californian University in Berkley (US). In 2005, he received a rank of associate professor of Stockholm School of Economics.
