New Appointment of SSE Russia Alumni
Shareholders of Tomskneft chose a new general director. Press service of the company reported this to Nakanune.Ru.
The press service said, "Sergei Adolfovich Anzhigur was approved for the post of general director of Tomskneft VNK. The relevant resolution was adopted at an extraordinary general shareholders' meeting of Tomskneft VNK on October 7 of 2014."
He was acting director of the company since August 26, after previous head of the company Vladimir Paltsev quit the post.
Sergei Anzhigur graduated from the Tomsk institute of automated control systems and radio electronics with specialty "Designing and production of radio equipment," from the inter-industry institute for improvement of qualification and retraining of human resources of the Tomsk polytechnic university with specialty "Development and operation of oil and gas fields," Stockholm School of economics with specialty "Master of business administration (ЕМВА)."
Between 1985 and 2005, he worked on various posts in the oil industry. In the last few years, he was the head of enterprises belonging to the extracting division of Rosneft. For example, between 2006 and 2008 he was the head of RN-Stavropolneftegaz and between 2008 and 2014 he was the head of Udmurtneft.
