Thus, Yury Morozov, former acting director of Togliattikauchuk for production, was appointed on the post of general director of Togliattisintez. Olga Troitskaya, who combined the duties of the head of Togliattikauchuk and Togliattisintez moved to the corporate center of SIBUR. Incidentally, Morozov like Troitskaya will have to combine two managerial posts. The press service of the company reports that so far Morozov is acting general director of Togliattikauchuk. Official coming to office will take place after passage of all necessary procedures in accordance with the law of Russia and corporate standards of SIBUR.
In October of 2014, Togliattisintez was given legal status of industrial park. Representatives of SIBUR said then, "The main task that SIBUR set during creation of industrial park Togliattisintez is the most efficient use of existing infrastructure. Appearance of new modern production facilities on the territory of the park will contribute to creation of new jobs and growth of tax payments to the budget of the city and the region." Several agreements of intent were signed in 2014 with potential residents. For instance, Plant of Polymeric Products, Stroyexport, Samarakhimtekhnologia and Trading House Gubernia planned to open their production facilities on the territory of industrial park Togliattisintez. Overall area of the industrial park amounts approximately to 400 hectares taking into account production facilities of Togliattikauchuk that is the anchor resident of the park. Area of 78 hectares may be allocated for accommodation of other residents. Representatives of the company say that there will be a possibility of broadening of the territory of the industrial park in the future on account of adjacent vacant land plots.
Olga Troitskaya was the last director of Togliattisintez. On this post she replaced Denis Samokhvalov who had been the head of Togliattisintez since May of 2012. He received post of advisor to the managing director of SIBUR.
