TOP MANAGER OF A PRIVATE BANK CHANGED THE JOB AND BECAME GENERAL DIRECTOR OF A MICRO FINANCIAL COMPANY
Oleg Grishin has more than 20 years of managerial experience of work in banks that specialize in retail business and payment services. Before coming to MigCredit company Grishin worked as CEO of nonprofit organization Rapida. Earlier, he was vice president of Petrocommerce bank.
Former general director Lora Feinsilber quits the company due to expiry of her contract and returns to America. Grishin was born on August 10 of 1975 in Nizhny Novgorod. He graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod State University named after N. I. Lobachesvky in 1997 ("Management" specialty) and in 1998 ("Law" specialty). In 2009, he studied under Executive MBA program in Stockholm School of Economics. By now, MigCredit has issued more than 500,000 loans worth 14.5 billion rubles in total and is a member of the top three of the biggest micro financial organizations of Russia.
