Corporate Religion
Building a Strong Company Through Personality and Corporate Soul
Jesper Kunde
Corporate religion is a new term for description of an ideal situation when
the companies, where internal organization, vision, external positioning
and the growing values of a brand are in organic unity and dynamical
harmony. Any religion assumes that there exist three basic parts:
faith (religious feelings), knowledge (religious dogmas, the doctrine),
ritual (religious traditions, cult). Regarding business and corporate
life all this assumes real features and can be brought to a certain
algorithm which helps the company to make a powerful
jerk to prosperity.
The best fact that proves his case is that consecutive application
of principles in his own company Kunde and Co (London) has crowned
doubtless success, for his agency became number one in Scandinavia
and Northern Europe.
