Stockholm School of Economics holds Open Doors Day in Almaty on April, 2.

The event will be dedicated to the presentation of SSE Executive MBA General Management programs in English and Russian languages, and will take place at:

Speakers of Open Doors Day are Eugene Terukov (director of SSE Russia) and graduates of SSE EMBA programs in Kazakhstan.

The agenda of the event includes a presentation of the session "Managing Organizational Changes":

  • Each organizational change implies changes in people’ existing attitudes and behavior. It is a source of unpreventable resistance. Therefore, the model of changes implementation should consider all possible forms of resistance at different stages of the process of organizational changes. Whom our change affects? How? How to turn the power of resistance in the positive energy of changes? Which tactics of change implementations are most effective in the context of the Company at various stages of implementation? 
  • The presentation will briefly review basic blocks of the session "Managing Organizational Change" and will review the model of motivation to changes in detail.
