This new situation with remote working is creating an exponential pressure on what leaders and managers need to think about. What we know now for sure is that remote working won’t disappear but will increase in the future.
The session is based on a very practical observation that skills are developed through practice, coaching and feedback. In a virtual environment, for leaders, this means putting an emphasis on how to lead in this environment, how to coach and support your teams, and finally how to change the rhythm of how you work as a leader and spend more time interacting with your team.
During the webinar together with Annika we will discuss the following issues:
# Leadership in Virtual Times
# Drivers of Growth and Especially Profitable Growth
# What is Needed for Sales Acceleration
# Changing your Rhythm as a Leader
The webinar is free of charge.
The working language of the event is English.
Please follow to the instructions that will be send to your email after registration. Please use your name and surname when logging in. We recommend to check the connection settings in advance!
