Evgeny Demin, alumnus of SSE Russia, conducted master-class for semi-finalists of “Leaders of Russia”
Evgeny Demin, alumnus of SSE Russia, EMBA program (group GMR11), general manager of LLC “Splat Cosmetics”, for the second consecutive year, takes part in the jury of the competition “Leaders of Russia”.
17th of February Evgeny Demin conducted master-class “Right for mistake and jumps into cold water”.
In his master-class he told the audience of the principals of effective team work and successful business organization, shared some principals of communication with colleagues.
The speaker considers one of them to be the most important – a right for mistake under which every employee has the right for making a mistake and should not be punished in case necessary conclusions have been drawn.
Readiness of a leader to take responsibility in the appropriate moment of time is no less valuable. Some of managing actions are morally complicated – Demin compares them with a jump in cold water. However, such moments reveal to subordinates the willpower of the manager.
