On February 12, SSE Russia opened its doors for the experienced top managers and business owners coming to attend the new program – Fine Leaders.

The purpose of the program is to develop modern leadership competences, help leaders to embark on a personal development track, reset and attain a new vision. The program has no analogues in the Russian business education landscape and features a prominent line-up of lecturers and facilitators, at the same time offering its participants a tailored approach to their development.

The course was attended by top managers and business owners from diverse industries with at least 15 years of managerial experience. Almost everyone is ether an MBA, DBA or has a previous degree. Amongst the Fine Leaders-1 group there are many SSE alumni, awarded with EMBA or Business Zoom Open Program diplomas.

The first module kick-started with Paul Bourne giving an interactive session “Creative thinking, leadership communication and entrepreneur frames”. Mark Kukushkin delivered an intensive training on Self-development practices. Together with Elena Sidorenko the participants were able to discover a curious phenomenon of the Multifaceted Leaders Intelligence.

The participants embarked on a journey that will last for 5 months and 5 modules and will take them to Stockholm, Moscow and St.Petersburg.
