New appointment of SSE Russia alumnus

Vladimir Dobrynin was appointed as operational director of mobile operator Yota. CNews reports that in Yota he will be occupied with operational management of the company from the beginning of July.

Duties of Dobrynin on the post of operational director of Yota will include optimization of business processes, organization of work and interaction of company's divisions, development of the strategy, conduction of operational financial and economic analysis etc.

General Director of Yota Mikhail Dubinin commented on the appointment, "Now the team faces an important task of increasing of the results, broadening of the product distribution geography and attraction of new clients. Vladimir has a big experience of work in the telecom industry. That is why I am convinced that he will achieve the goals that are set for him and for Yota." 

Vladimir Dobrynin was born in 1974. In 1997, he graduated from the mechanical department of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. In 2011, he obtained MBA degree in Stockholm School of Economics. In the last 15 years, he worked for such companies as VimpelCom, Russian Standard bank, MegaFon and Yota.

In 2000, he started working for Sonic Duo company (MegaFon brand) in the role of leading communication specialist. In 2001, he moved to VimpelCom (Beeline brand) to the post of director for advertising. Between 2005 and 2007, he was business consultant in branding and strategy. In 2008, he returned to VimpelCom to the post of chief marketing specialist. 

Since 2010, Dobrynin worked for Yota on the post of director for marketing and later he took position of product director. He quit the company in the role of director for development of business in 2013 and moved to MegaFon to the post of director for management of client experience.
