SSE in Russia became a member of CEEMAN association
In October, the Stockholm School of Economics in Russia joined CEEMAN - The International Association for Management Development in Dynamic Societies. CEEMAN is a non-profit organization that brings together the world's leading business schools and their representatives interested in improving the quality of education for managers. Membership in this organization will provide SSE in Russia with access to the most advanced educational technologies.
“Our students value the level of our faculty, its international scope and understanding of Russian realities. CEEMAN membership will extend our access to the latest achievements in executive education and enrich our programming experience”, Vsevolod Krylov, Business Development director of SSE Russia, says. “Continuous exchange of ideas is necessary for development. This is why we are constantly establishing new relationships and partnerships with experts in the field of education”.
The Association sees itself as a platform for live communication, where everyone can share the best practices of leadership, corporate social responsibility, innovation and creativity. CEEMAN's annual conferences bring together not only teachers and curriculum coordinators, but also alumni, thus creating a holistic picture of the learning process that takes into account the opinions of all participants.
“As we continue our policy of integration into the international educational community, we are proud to become a member of CEEMAN - this emphasizes the high level of our programs and guarantees the status of our diploma,” Anders Paalzow, the President of Stockholm School of Economics in Russia, comments on joining the association.
The next step for the SSE in Russia will be to obtain IQA (International Quality Accreditation) from CEEMAN. IQA is a quality mark, like ISO standard in business education, which confirms that an educational organization improves and maintains high quality management education. Having the International Quality Accreditation means that a business school constantly strives to achieve the criteria of high quality and relevance in management education.
CEEMAN is an international management development association established in 1993 with the aim of accelerating the growth in quality of management development in central and eastern Europe. Over the years, CEEMAN has become a global network in the management development industry, operating under conditions of economic restructuring and social transformation of a dynamic society. Now it is a global network of management development institutions with 200 members from 50 countries in Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.Back to news
