Successful completion of project defences for participants of corporate program "Top Drive 2.0" delivered to "Gazprom Neft PJSC"
Only four projects out of 30 were sent back for revision by the members of the project defense committee. This demonstrates the high efficiency of the project approach developed by Stockholm School of Economics as well as the Company’s and Schools impartiality and high attention to the quality of projects.
We congratulate all participants who received certificates after the completion of the program, and look forward to realization the projects in practice. According to the financial calculations provided by the participants, the projects are expected to bring millions dollars of additional revenue to the Company.
The corporate program “Top Drive 2.0” was launched in February 2015. During sixteen months 90 regional sales managers from the Regional Sales Directorate were educated in a modular format: 6 modules (3 days each) for three target groups of participants in the business units. Much attention was paid to the participants’ inter-module project work.
The uniqueness of this program is determined by the fact that it was implemented in cooperation with the largest consulting company EY. Stockholm School of Economics took part as a common program integrator, responsible for training and project management, while our partners from EY were responsible for best practices and industry experts. In total, the program involved more than 30 international experts and lecturers.
