The first graduation of Fine Leaders executive open program took place at SSE Russia

The first round of Fine Leaders personal development program has ended. 19 participants from different industries, top managers and business owners, received certificates of the Stockholm School of Economics Russia. The Fine Leaders executive open program is dedicated to developing leadership skills and personal transformation for established business leaders.

The program curriculum features experienced international teachers and local trainers from Russia. Also, the program includes individual coaching sessions and assessment of leadership traits. At the closing module in Tbilisi the participants continued to develop their leadership potential through art coaching and discovery sessions, as well as in theatre classes. Systematic feedback that accompanies participants throughout the learning journey is a key element of the program.
