Sberbank, Change Energy

The program “Change Energy” was designed specifically for Sberbank. In my opinion, the theory has been successfully combined with practice. And this helped to generalize and comprehend the existing experience to ensure more effective and systematic use of acquired knowledge and implement them in further work. I also liked the format of participants' work in different teams during sessions; this helped them to experience different roles and pulled together. I was pleasantly surprised by the “star” faculty — all teachers were different, with different backgrounds and teaching style, but I remembered all the lectures which complemented each other with new knowledge.
